That's using "core" pretty loosely. I wouldn't compare a group of people driving without restriction across a whole country and then parked illegally in the centre of the capital for weeks with another group locked in their apartments for months under threat of military force. The FC group were mostly funded by American right wing groups and had nothing to do with COVID.
