Thanks Betsy — I couldn’t write this as funny as I wanted because I view AI as a genuine threat. Not necessarily something so sudden and dramatic, but in the short term the ability for bad actors to spread convincing propaganda has suddenly increased exponentially, as well as the destruction of creative industries, and various other risks. And some very smart people are on record as saying that getting into a resource completion with a supergenius AI will not end well.
