Satire never convinces anyone of anything, but it’s fun to write.

FWIW my issue — or one of them — is not that he felt threatened, I’m sure he did. But what this potentially does is open the door for any untrained individual, left or right, to insert themself armed into a volatile situation then start shooting when the predictable trouble happens.
