My experience with women is that I almost always have to suggest a meeting or it doesn't happen, which isn't my particular preference. I'm also very familiar with cordial conversations tailing off into the ether, which I attribute to the fact that everyone is playing multiple hands, and either finds something they like better or drops dead of exhaustion.
