If's fair to say the machines can't maintain themselves :)

My worry would be should an AI achieve true self-awareness, and go rogue, with an IQ of 20,000 and access to the internet, it would easily be able to manipulate us into doing exactly what it wanted. Hell, Trump's a moron and he's got half of the largest economy in the world thinking he's all that and a can of spray tan.
