I don't miss a lot of things, except maybe a couple of books that I inherited and which vanished somewhere along the way. I do miss places, like the woods with a stream where we used to walk with my grandfather. Developers ripped it up for a subdivision when I was about twelve and it wasn't until I was grown that I realized how much had been lost.
