I don't know the Riley Gaines thing. I've actually never seen what Rowling said that was offensive, she seems very supportive of trans women in general. Maybe I'm missing something. But I wouldn't touch that topic online as it's not something I have expertise in, and there are a lot of sensitivities around it. So you're right, there are subjects I avoid.
