Almost uniquely Americans. Other wealthy, developed countries by and large have a much lower tolerance for this kind of bullshit.

Not to suggest that other places are perfect, but this kind of normalized cruelty and indifference is much more common in the United States than here in Canada, for example. I don't say this to be a self-righteous prat--that's just an unavoidable side effect-- but because I think it's important for Americans to understand that it doesn't have to be that way.

The idea that other systems work better isn't just an insane theory, it's proven fact. And no communism necessary.
